Dancing Safely
The welfare of children and young people are vital.
All children and young people, whatever their age, culture, disability, gender, language, racial origin, religious beliefs and/or sexual identity have the right to protection from abuse.
All suspicions and allegations of abuse will be taken seriously and responded to swiftly and appropriately.
All staff (paid/voluntary) working in Performing Arts have a responsibility to report concerns to the appropriate officer.
Student Centered
Every student is important at de Chord studios. We strive to provide every student a nurturing and challenging experience regardless of their skill level.
Whether it’s their first time dancing or they have year’s of experience, de Chord studios has a class where they will feel comfortable and challenged.
Awesome Faculty
An awesome dance experience begins with a highly professional instructional staff. Our dance instructors have college and/or professional experience in dance and/or musical theater. Many of our staff members also have degrees in education.
It does not matter if your child is three or seventeen, at de Chord Studios they will be taught by the same enthusiastic teachers.
There’s something special about learning to dance at de Chord Studios. One of the things that we take pride in is our ability to take something like dance that’s already great, and make it even better. From the instructors that we hire to the things that go on behind the scenes, we’re simply different from the rest.
de Chord Studios instructors give back to the community by donating their time and expertise to the local schools, which allows for more passionate children to learn this art. It’s one of the most rewarding things that we do behind the scenes, but something that has also helped each of our instructors grow in a unique way.
Aside from that, de Chord Studios boasts a director with good experience in Arts. We love being able to have the same level of professionalism taught in each class and with the same method so that your children can consistently learn the best way to grow in their dancing career.

de Chord Studios is dedicated to developing talent at the recreational, competitive and professional level. We provide a caring, family environment where a child or adult can feel free to express themselves. In every class we give your student the encouragement and direction they need to excel. At de Chord Studios we believe children learn best in a positive, happy and creative environment. We also host dance, gymnastic and birthday parties at all of our dance studios.
We are dedicated to offering classes with a high standard of technique, style and performance and believe that educating your children in Dance and Gymnastics is in the forefront of our values. At de Chord Studios, dance promotes self confidence, artistic expression, respect for themselves and others, a healthy body, hard work, time management and the ability to understand how the body works and moves. We strive to inspire our students – living, loving, learning and developing an appreciation for the arts.
